Please join us as we Walk to End Alzheimer’s, the nation’s sixth-leading cause of death, and a disease that devastates millions of families across the country. With your help, we can raise awareness and funds to enhance Alzheimer’s care and support to advance critical research. Those wishing to donate in the name of “Team Barbara” may do so by going on line to the Alzheimer’s 2017 Annual Walk. By clicking on “Donate” will bring you to “Donate to a Team”. Then type in “Team Barbara”. Your donation in any amount will be appreciated and welcomed. Together we can be an unstoppable force in the fight against Alzheimer’s.

“Team Barbara” Captain is her husband Frank S. P. Yacino, who was her primary caregiver, with the help of many aides, provided through the PACE Program of Summit Elder Care. This will be the twelfth Walk we have participated in. Last year our “Team Barbara” family and friends donated $10,100 to the Walk.
