3rd Annual Bartlett High School Empty Bowls

WEBSTER – Please join the Bartlett High School Art Department on Friday, March 1st from 6pm to 9pm for the 3rd Annual Bartlett Empty Bowls event! In the Bartlett High School Cafeteria. This year we highlight our talented Alumni as well as the Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi (the beauty of imperfection).

“Empty Bowls” is a grassroots movement to help end hunger. The idea is simple. Enjoy local pottery and food at this casual family-friendly event. Choose from a variety of handmade pottery. Taste samples of entrees, soup, bread and desserts from local restaurants. Keep your bowl as a reminder that your support helps fill all the empty bowls in our community.

Watch students in action as they demonstrate the pottery wheel process blindfolded and enjoy your meal while watching the Bartlett Jazz Band perform.

Admission is $20 for adults and $10 for students and includes a bowl for you to keep. Kids under 6 eat free. Donate a non-perishable food item and receive a $5 discount!
