Auburn Sportsman’s Club Hosts 18th Annual “Two-Nations” Powwow

PowWowAUBURN – The public is welcome to attend the 18th Annual “Two-Nations” Powwow held on the grounds of the Auburn Sportsman’s Club, Saturday and Sunday, May 2nd and 3rd, beginning at 10am each day.

The Powwow is a celebration of Native American culture and features authentic drumming and Native dancing along with storytelling and “teaching tours” through the traditional Tipi village.

The host drum is “Wampum Boyz”, and guest drums include “Walking Bear Singers” and “Turtle Moon”.

Vendors will offer a variety of Native American Arts & Crafts from jewelry to leather goods. Both contemporary and traditional Native American food is available all weekend.

The 18th Annual “Two-Nations” Powwow will be held at the Auburn Sportsman’s Club located at 50 Elm Street, Auburn, MA 01501.

Admission is free. Parking is $5.00 a car and is handicap-accessible.
