Charlton Garden Club May Meeting
CHARLTON – Come and join us! The Charlton Garden Club’s Monday, May 14 meeting will feature Dawn Pettinelli from the University of Connecticut Home & Garden Education Center. Her presentation, entitled When Good Worms Go Bad, will focus on invasive earthworms in the northeast and their effects on our woodlands. Charlton Garden Club meetings are open to all interested in gardening and related themes. Whether you’re a novice or accomplished gardener, the Charlton Garden Club is a great place to meet other gardening enthusiasts, learn about plants and planting, and to share your gardening tips and experiences. Meetings are held at 7pm at the Charlton Federated Church. A $5 donation is suggested for non-members.
