Dudley Town Hall Now Open
We’re very pleased to announce that the Town Hall will reopen to the public, on a new schedule, with following (hopefully temporary) restrictions:
Per order of Governor Baker, and the Dudley Board of Health, face masks will be required to be worn in all public spaces during the hours that the Town Hall is opened to the public.
Because of ongoing restrictions and staffing shortages. please notice the electronic directories now located at each floor. Many offices and functions have been combined, and the directories will guide you to the correct office to conduct your business. In consideration of others that may be waiting, and limitations on staffing and restrictions on gatherings, we respectfully ask residents to promptly conduct their business and exit the building. Work spaces (offices) will remain closed to all but those assigned to the offices. All business must be conducted at the counter.
Although we will try to avoid inconvenience, offices may close during times advertised as being opened to the public. Residents are encouraged to continue to use online means to pay bills, to utilize the drop box conveniently located in the police station lobby, to contact offices that will remain open Monday-Thursday and Fridays 8AM-12:30PM via telephone whenever possible and to exchange paperwork electronically utilizing the U.S. Mail or department email listings found at dudleyma.gov.
We have installed plexiglass windows at all counters. Face masks will be required inside the Town Hall and hand sanitizers will be available at each counter.
Please maintain six feet distance between yourself and others outside your party.
The Senior Center will remain closed and unavailable for events until restrictions are lifted.
We remain under a local state of emergency. As such, the Town reserves the right to modify restrictions as conditions warrant.
